Health: Toxicity in Today’s World

Toxicity levels are high at both individual and collective levels across the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual realms.

By recognizing this reality, we can consciously choose to move toward detoxification. This journey requires effort, cooperation, knowledge, and a step-by-step approach, along with a deep-seated certainty in our hearts that we can restore order and balance to our nature, both within ourselves and in the beautiful world around us.


I would like to share some detoxifying methods and ideas across these realms. Remember, detoxifying at one level helps align the others since everything is interconnected.


First Steps to Start Detoxifying


1. Mental Body Detoxification


Begin by becoming an observer of your thoughts—simply witness the conversations and voices in your head. Step away from judgment; avoid labeling thoughts as right or wrong. Instead, adopt the mindset of an explorer or scientist, approaching your inner landscape with devotional love to discover your true nature and the essence of God.


Take time to observe, contemplate, and journal your experiences. Remember, all journaling needs to be done in a notebook, the old-fashioned way, paper and pen.


2. Emotional Body Detoxification


Pay attention to where emotions arise in your body. Is it in your heart area, solar plexus, or elsewhere?


Embrace these feelings by entering their space. Describe what you sense: How long do they last? Do they have a color, taste, or image? What accompanying thoughts emerge?


Document your experiences in your journal.


3. Physical Body Detoxification


Consider a mineral hair test to assess heavy metal toxicity levels. For example, I discovered I had high uranium levels while essential minerals like calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium were notably low.

5. Spiritual Body Detoxification


Dedicate a few minutes each day to meditate with the intention of connecting with your Higher Self. Choose techniques that resonate with you; for instance my meditations tend to be more active. I find walking while focusing on my breath and activating my heart area effective for my meditation of prayer, contemplation, inner conversation and my Medicine Woman internal work. I also do the same a few times during the day while laying down in bed.


In your daily awareness, in moments of discomfort, pain or challenge—whether emotional, physical, mental or spiritual—ask yourself: "Where is the love in this moment?" Keep your mind and heart open as you seek deeper truths beyond surface-level perceptions.
