We underestimate our power to create our inner world. Likewise, we are nearsighted in recognizing the power that we have in creating our outer world.
As we mature in our emotional development and enter the stage of "spiritual adolescence," we slowly come to terms that we create every avenue, every entry and exit of our thoughts, habits, and patterns. This is wonderful news -- because if we can create, it means that we can also change, mold, recreate, and shape our internal world (our thoughts, our emotions, our feelings, our actions).
Once we get a handle in choosing and shaping our internal world, we can soon recognize and see how the external/outer world also changes. How? By the power of impressions of our thoughts!
